My latest unit of apartment is in Royal Mediterania Garden, pool view, located close to the tunnel to Central Park lobby. Now is under renovation for the interior and furniture. Good idea about the sound proof pak, but I think they have standard specs for the building materials and the design so that I don't expect to much about that.
Oh yeah a few weeks ago I also heard a very noisy DJ Contest came from tribeca park. I think it's not a good idea having such program in an open air area.... at mid night time...
Back to Ramayana issue... I don't think they finally offer the dept store to open there... I bet many people answered 'no' to the question....
