I was impressed with Garuda Indonesia when its staff called me
yesterday afternoon just for a confirmation from me for my flight this
morning. It's a very good move to show company's concern on its
customers. It seems Garuda Indonesia personally touches me...
What do I mean with my subject email?
I wanted to share this story because the Garuda staff who called me
used 'Private number' so that I could not see his phone number on my
mobile phone's screen. It's not wise to use private number as people
might reject our call. I used to reject all calls from private
numbers...
Sometimes people are not aware of their phone setting. They don't
know that persons they are calling reject their call because of 'Private
number' appears on the mobile screen.
Could you imagine a sales or marketing person calling his or her customers or prospects using a private numbers?
