That's a very good idea. People must support that new telecom policy in your country.
In Indonesia a telemarketer can easily call us with any phone types and numbers. No regulation. So, their call often disturb us. I just recognize one starting number that is usually used by them in Jakarta: number 2. Most of calls from those numbers are from banking telemarketers.
'National Do Not Call' is a smart idea too..
